The track aims at an audience of researchers, educators and practitioners of industrial engineering applications in which Modelling & Simulation could be a substantial part of the work or research. It encourages the original contributions to the development of new computerized methodologies for solving industrial engineering problems, and applications of these methodologies to problems of interest to the broad industrial engineering and associated communities. State of the art reviews, high quality research developments in all areas of Industrial Engineering including industries and service are encorauged. Target areas include manufacturing, operations management, product and process design, information systems, business and strategy, and quality management among the others. In order to bridge the gap between theory and practice, applications and case studies are particularly welcome.

Topic List:

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Modelling techniques of Industrial Engineering
  • Industrial Applications of Modelling and Simulation
