Authors are expected to register (by using the online registration procedure), to attend the conference and to present the accepted papers (early registration, before June 24th, 2009, guarantees a reduced fee). Without registration the paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.
The registration guarantees the publication of the paper in the conference proceedings and luncheons, coffee breaks and gala dinner for one person (the registered person).
Note the registration and the fee payment must be completed before July 20th, 2009. After July 20th, 2009 the Organization Committee does not guarantee the publication of the paper in the conference proceedings.

Registration
The preferred method for registering is the online form. Alternatively, you can fill and send us the document Register.doc, via fax: +34922318288 or email.
After sending the registration form you will receive an email with the instructions to complete the registration procedure. Please do not hesitate asking us in case you have any doubt with the procedure.
Conditions
- At least one of the authors of each paper has to register in order to be included in the conference proceedings.
- Conference attendees paying full registration will be able to attend any conference session (EMSS, MAS, or HMS) and will receive: Conference Proceedings, luncheons, coffee breaks, welcoming cocktail and gala dinner.
- Conference attendees willing to present papers to more than one conference (EMSS, MAS, HMS) requires extra conference registration and will receive the extra Conference Proceedings
- Companion ticket includes luncheons, welcoming cocktail, and gala dinner
- The Registration fee is associated with publication of the paper and is NOT REFUNDABLE, but is transferable to the designed who will present your paper at the conference.
- PAGE LIMITS: The page limit for manuscripts is ten (10) pages (included in the author registration fee). Additional pages will be assessed at 75 € per page.
- If your work must be cleared or approved before publication by your institution, company, or governmental agency, please be sure that process will be completed by the due date above or we will not be able to include it in the Conference Proceedings.
